Who is consulting for?
Founder-led eCom brands at €30K to €100K per month with a team that can execute. You want senior eyes on the ad account, funnel, and offer every week, but you want to keep producing creative and running ops in-house.
What's the typical engagement length?
Minimum 90 days. Most consulting clients stay 6 to 12 months. The first 30 days are audits and the written 90-day playbook. The rest is weekly cadence against that plan.
Who's on the call each week?
Valentin and one senior lead (media buying, creative, or funnels, depending on what week we're in). You bring whoever on your side executes the work, your media buyer, creative lead, or yourself.
Do you write the creative or run the ads?
No. Consulting is done-with-you. We brief, audit, review, and direct. Your team produces and ships. If you want done-for-you, that's the Growth Partner tier.
Do you guarantee results?
No agency that's honest does. What we guarantee is the work: the cadence, the audits, the briefs, the senior eyes. The outcome is a function of product, offer, category, and execution. We're transparent about all four from day one.
What happens after I apply?
A short qualifying call within 48 hours. If we're a fit, a deep-dive call with Valentin. If we both want to move forward, you receive a written proposal with scope and pricing within 3 business days.
